100% Refund within the First 10 Days
If you decide to withdraw from the NUQLAB program within the first 14 calendar days from the program's start date, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of the tuition fees paid.

Pro-Rata Refund
If you withdraw from the NUQLAB program after the initial 14 days but before completing 60% of the enrollment period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total tuition fee, the length of the program, the number of days you have been enrolled, and the amounts you have paid at the time of cancellation.

The total lengths of the NUQLAB programs are as follows, as published on the NUQLAB website.

Example Calculation:
Suppose you enrolled in the Quality Assurance program on February 1 and decide to withdraw on February 25. The total tuition for the program is $5,000, and you have paid $1,500 in advance. The program length is 100 days. Your refund would be calculated as follows:

• Fees per day: $5,000 / 100 = $50
• Fees due for the program as of the cancellation date (24 days): 24 * $50 = $1,200
• Refund amount: $1,500 (prepaid) - $1,200 (due) = $300

Non-Refundable Tuition
Please note that if you have completed 60% or more of the enrollment period, there will be no refund available.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to info@nuqlab.com from the email address you used to register your NUQLAB account. In your email, please include your full name, the program you enrolled in, and the reason for your refund request.

Please note that any applicable refunds may take up to 30 calendar days to process, depending on the payment system.

If you would like to be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee at NUQLAB, you must fulfill the following requirements:
You must have initially indicated upon enrollment that you are looking for full-time employment and should not have restricted your search to "remote-only" positions.

• You must pay all tuition fees due at the date of the Money-Back Guarantee request based on your payment schedule. The Money-Back Guarantee amount will be calculated based on the tuition fee specified in the Enrollment agreement.
• If you financed your enrollment through a third-party loan or financial services provider, you will only be refunded the tuition fee of the program. Any other costs, including interest on the loan and any other fees, will not be refunded.
• You must have graduated from the program you enrolled in within the specified timeframe ("On-time Graduation"). The timeframe for On-time Graduation is calculated from the Program Scheduled Start Date to the Graduation Date, and it must be within 1.5 times the duration specified in the NUQLAB Academic Catalog. Leaves of absence, suspensions, breaks, or changing the program do not extend your On-time Graduation period.
• You must be proficient in spoken and written English at the time of entering the Career Acceleration program. English proficiency will be determined based on a third-party assessment and may be requested as a result of interactions with the NUQLAB student experience or Career Acceleration team.
• You must enter the Career Acceleration within 14 days following the acceptance of your Final Project.
• You must complete the required Career Acceleration milestones within 6 weeks of joining the program, including updating your personal brand materials, attending coaching sessions, and completing interview practice.
• Your response time to the Career Team during the Career Acceleration and Job Search Period must not exceed 48 hours.
• You must submit your Job Search Strategy, approved by your career coach, within 6 weeks after joining the Career Acceleration.
• Starting from the Job Search Start Date, you must fulfill and track all tasks assigned by your career coach on a weekly basis, including a minimum of 10 job applications and 10 networking messages.
• You must attend check-in meetings with your career coach at least once every two weeks, or as directed by the Career Team, for 6 months after the Job Search Start date.
• You must maintain clear records of your job search activities and provide evidence, as requested by NUQLAB, that you actively sought a new job for at least 6 months following the Job Search Start Date, but were unable to secure a Qualifying job offer.
• If you receive a Qualifying job offer, you must notify your career coach within 24 hours. Accepting the offer immediately terminates the Money-Back Guarantee.
• You may request a refund no sooner than 6 months after the start date of your Job Search Start Date ("Money-Back Guarantee period") and no later than 12 months after the Job Search Start Date.
